Get To Know Chef Lloyd:

Chef Lloyd Francis discovered his love for cooking at the tender age of twelve. Lloyd , one of five children grew up in a single parent household, where he would sometimes cook to ease the stress around the house for his mother while she worked. He started to do little barbeques in the neighborhood to earn a little cash. Despite many adversities and obstacles, Lloyd has been able to overcome and strive to work hard in whatever he puts his mind too. Lloyd took interest in hospitality in high school and later enrolled into a culinary program named OYAP ( Ontario Youth Apprenticeship program). After completing the OYAP program Lloyd got accepted into the Culinary management program at Humber College and enjoyed every minute of it. In 2009, Lloyd graduated with honors from the culinary management program, which has led him to many job opportunities in major restaurants in the GTA. With 12 years of cooking experience under his belt and pursuing his dreams, his love for cooking has steered him into starting his own catering business.
